３件の殺人事件に関与したとして殺人と死体遺棄などの罪に問われた群馬県安中市の元山口組系暴力団組長、高見沢勤被告（５３）の控訴審判決が１２日、東京高裁であった。安広文夫裁判長は「殺人の共謀が認められ、正当防衛も成立しない」として、一審・前橋地裁の死刑判決を支持し、被告側の控訴を棄却した。
判決によると、高見沢被告は０１年１１月～０５年９月、対立していた暴力団組長など計３人を拳銃で射殺するなどした。

MAEBASHI — The Maebashi District Court sentenced a gang group leader to death Monday for his involvement in the murders of his crime partner and two gangsters between 2001 and 2005 in Annaka, Gunma Prefecture. The defense for Tsutomu Takamizawa, 52, the leader of a gang group associated with the largest Japanese crime syndicate, Yamaguchi-gumi, denied his role in two of the three cases.
In November 2001, Takamizawa conspired with his subordinates in the fatal shooting of a construction worker who was his accomplice in a case of insurance fraud to keep him from talking, according to the court. Takamizawa shot one of his subordinates to death in his office in April 2005 and conspired with his men in the fatal shooting of a rival gang boss in September 2005, it said. (Kyodo News)

安中の組長射殺：死刑判決
「最も責任問われる立場」地裁が指摘 ／群馬
「３人の死に対して最も責任を問われる立場にある」。安中市で０５年４月、指定暴力団稲川会系の渡辺良夫組長（当時６１歳）が射殺された事件など３件の殺人事件で指揮役として、殺人、死体遺棄罪などに問われた同市古屋、指定暴力団山口組系組長、高見沢勤被告（５２）に対し、前橋地裁は４日、求刑通り死刑を言い渡した。
久我泰博裁判長は高見沢被告が組長として、３人の殺害を配下組員に指示、自らも拳銃を発射している点を重視し、「究極の刑罰である死刑をもって臨むほかない」と厳しく断罪した。弁護側は「控訴する方針」とだけ言葉を残し、法廷を後にした。
死体遺棄を認める一方、殺人については無罪を主張してきた高見沢被告。久我裁判長はすべての起訴事実について有罪であると認定した。また、発砲した１件について、高見沢被告は正当防衛と主張したが、これも退けた。弁護側は一貫して、「信用性に欠く」と訴えてきた共犯者の供述の信用性についても「信用できる」とした。
死刑を言い渡された高見沢被告は、じっとしていた体を動かし、小さくうなずいた。久我裁判長は最後に「あなた方が殺した被害者も決して死にたくはなかったはず」と諭した。
